Renter must request this time in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. Additional set-up and breakdown time will be billed at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour or portion thereof.

ADVANCE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED
A minimum $750 security deposit is required to reserve a date, with 100% of the total estimated rental fees payable due no later than sixty (60) days prior to the reserved event (including bar package, known extras and tax). The security deposit will be returned within thirty (30) days after the event or when all accounts are settled, whichever is later, if there has been no infraction of this Agreement by Renter, its agents, vendors or representatives. Any cancellation of the event less than thirty (30) days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the security deposit as liquidated damages if the Venue has booked additional amenities and/or production staff for the event.
