Facility Highlights: Historic 300 capacity venue with unique multi-level mezzanine layout, 21 foot ceiling and proscenium stage. The main Hall includes tech and monitor rooms built into the wings of the stage area, with multiple access points from stage to private artist residence areas.
Both GA floor and mezzanine levels for reserved ticketing opportunities, along with flexible seating formats to accommodate ADA and general seating preferences for select shows. Artist focused practice space to attract and retain local, regional and national touring acts. Living space may be available for short term stays to support community meetings, weddings and other hall offerings. Practice and studio space will also be available for use as part of enhanced ticketed performances (a la midnight preserves), and for lease and/or management by third-party recording professionals.
